During my blog absence Owen had many hockey games. He is very excited to have a team jersey. He is number 7 and plays for the Penguins. His first game lots of family came to watch:
Reese had her Christmas performance at preschool. Here she is with her BFF waiting for the show to start:
Owen had a day at school to make gingerbread houses, which I am thankful for because I don't think I could handle that mess at home.
One morning while Owen was at hockey practice, Reese and I were invited by some friends to have breakfast with Santa. They had all sorts of activities including face painting, which neither one of my children have ever done. Reese waited with her friends for about 30 minutes to get it done, and she loved every second of it.
Reese got to help out with her Aunties in their amazing weekend of cookie baking. Reese will pretty much help with anything in the kitchen, she loves to bake, cook, and prep food.
And this year, I let my two monkeys decorate the cut out cookies at our house. As hard as it was for me to step back and let them make the "not perfect looking" cookies, they loved it completely.
Don't you think Owen looks old here? Not my little boy anymore?
